Late payment notification
I think it's sad that a bank will blow your phone up via phone calls and text messages when you're late on a payment, but won't bother to give a courtesy call or text to remind you that your payment is due in three days or five days or one day for that matter. But then proclaim about how you care so much about your members.

My beef is the app. It says I must update. Go to update, it takes me to the AppStore with no option to update. Only open or share. Try to report the problem and none of the 3 options are remotely close to what I am dealing with. Contact? Another rabbit hole.
Unable to track balance
The New App does not show the balance after each transaction. This is a serious problem. I hate this. Why are they not show the balance after each transaction?
Never works
This app is terrible, it never lets you transfer, make payments or send messages. If you’re planning on using this app for convenience you better plan on going to a branch in person for everything. If you go to login on the support website it throws an error code.

Account access
I can’t access the balance or transactions on my escrow account. Also they only allow one log in credentials, so my husband can’t use the app, because the verification code goes to me. It is dumb that you can’t have multiple logins for an account with multiple account holders. Everything is just so much harder now after the merger.

I liked the MCU app a lot better
This app does not confirm transfers before finalizing them and I guess Multipli as an institution processes transfers before deposits. Now all my automated transfers on payday are failing to complete and I have to do them manually later in the day until I have a chance to sit down an edit them.
Haven’t been a big fan of Multipli in general. The customer service sucks compared to MCU. Thinking about moving my money somewhere else after 20 years with MCU.

Hate it
I hate everything about the credit union since it went to Multipli right down to the stop name. Everything changed and I’m not seeing anything for the better . Awful bank can’t wait to bail on this sinking ship

Title says it all. This credit union and its app are terrible. Going to leave it as soon as I can.

The merger blues….
As a 20+ year MCU customer, I’m not seeing the savings. All I see are costs, inconvenience and a name none of us would have voted for.
Poor customer service
I ordered checks weeks ago right after the merger and they still have not arrived. I was told they would arrive in 1-2 business days and now there is no ETA.

Works but that’s about it. It’s the same app as all the other small banks. It works to view balances. Anything else it’s worthless for, hardly and management settings or features. Nowadays I expect to be able to do everything banking related on my app. I live an hour away from the nearest branch so would love more features.
