Update

My app says I need an update so I update until it says open. I choose open and the app goes back to site needs to update. It is in a loop. I have given it time to update on this iPad and it stays in loop. Also this morning the app on my iPhone would not accept my pin. I have not changed my pin. The app worked smoothly until recently. Feeling frustrated.
