Great Asset
My company has had us using this app for open enrollment and access to benefits information throughout the year, and it’s great. I had an eob mailed to me recently that i had a question about and I asked my benefits plan manager directly through the app instead of having to go through my HR department. I like that they text me a code to login instead of having to remember or reset my password because I don’t have to use it often but when I do it has everything I need.

Unable to register
The Text verification step failed and completely locked me out. No idea why this can’t be a website to log into 2021 the web can be much safer.

We offer toll-free, email and chat support for users having difficulty and typically resolve any issues within a matter of minutes. Clunky and difficult to use
Haven’t used this app for long but it’s extremely slow and refreshes on me randomly. The interface seems clunky and is difficult to use. Gets the job done, sure, but is very slow. This app needs a major rework to be easily useable. As is, I spend most of my time waiting for it to load and then reload.

Absolute Garbage
Our company has us using this app for benefits and the interface is at least 10 years out of date. It also appears to lack FaceID compatibility
