I’m sad that one of my favorites brands in the whole world is going downhill. Can’t order online or in the app.

You can’t add any item and see the price. Don’t waste your time. I will go to COS instead. You loosing your clients.

I downloaded the app since the webpage won’t let me add anything to my cart…
Well the app isn’t really different, is just the webpage, even if the app you have the links to download the app 🫣🫣
It’s embarrasing that they have such a low quality tech team, I can only imagine the amount of sales the lose because of this.

Doesn’t work
For several months now, the app (and webpage) say they're currently unavailable. Can't even log into my account on the app. Maybe this is just a problem in the US, but it's sad.
