Search
I think BestSecret could improve its product search. Items often seem to be incorrectly categorised or linked to irrelevant keywords, so the results don’t match what I’m looking for. This makes finding the right pieces frustrating and time-consuming.
An image search feature would be a welcome addition, making it much easier to find products similar to those in an uploaded photo. I would also love to see more modern, on-trend clothing alongside the existing selection, with a dedicated category or filter to make these styles easier to discover.

Returns
When you want to return parts of the order or complete ordered, it would be ok to administrate returns in your account (if you want to use prepared return label ), not only for returns you don’t have return label. In that way, you and BS (the both sides) have information on items you have sent back.
