Ring measurements not working

Paired and worked once. But on demand heart rate and blood oxygen level measurements don’t work properly. Disappointed!

Can’t load new faces

Everything connects and work fine. Except it won’t load new watch faces. Always says the watch is disconnected. Ironically it DOES load custom faces. Just no prebuilt ones. Which is a shame because the stock few installed aren’t great.
