Ring measurements not working
Paired and worked once. But on demand heart rate and blood oxygen level measurements don’t work properly. Disappointed!

Tracks steps, heart rate, and sleep more accurately than other rings. My only complaint is to track naps in sleep data.

Bought the ring to check on sleep. It did mot record anything on the app. Terrible!

Can’t load new faces
Everything connects and work fine. Except it won’t load new watch faces. Always says the watch is disconnected. Ironically it DOES load custom faces. Just no prebuilt ones. Which is a shame because the stock few installed aren’t great.
Benio Watch is Not Recognized by this App
My Benio watch works and is discoverable on my iPhone’s Bluetooth but the watch is not found by the Benio app. I have tried everything I know to do to get the watch to sync with the app, but it fails every single time.
