Long wait
Long delivery times. Food arrives cold.
Poor Delivery Times
The food always arrive cold during the normal eating times as the drivers are doing other deliveries. The drivers never turn on their location so you are left wondering when your food will arrive - usually over an hour after placing your order.
Thieves
do not use these people. I placed in the water with them never got delivered. I tried to reach out to. They never credited me the amount there are a bunch of thieves. Bunch of liars. Do not use them.
Absolutely terrible business operator and equally bad customer support
Hire a taxi or if you have a rental car order your food and go collect it yourself.
As being a resident local here in Cayman and having used their service numerous times one things become clear that the value proposition has massively degraded.
Unfortunately food deliveries can take well over an hour in some cases 2 and this isn’t even the busiest time of the year here.
This business sucks and I wouldn’t trust them with your food orders. Maybe try Let’s Eat or alternatively as said go get the food yourself you’ll be much better off!
