Log in problems
This app is fabulous for placing items on hold, managing renewals, and keeping track of due dates. The problem is ever since the app was updated to this new version, it constantly logs the user out and deletes all accounts that were affiliated with the app. So, one best keep all their library cards handy when you want to use the app. There’s also no way to identify the primary user account versus other affiliated accounts,requiring the user to constantly switch back-and-forth between accounts, which is clumsy and time consuming. It’s beginning to feel like a social experiment to see how bad the app experience can be before we just give up and call the library to renew checkouts and place items on hold.

Issue with Book Renewal Feature in the App
I borrowed one book, and the app shows “Renewals remaining: 3.”
However, when I try to renew the book, it displays the message “These items could not be renewed.”
This seems to be an app-related issue. The app needs to be updated or fixed so that the renewal feature works properly and reflects the correct status.
Please look into this issue.

Good, but…
It’s a good app, really. It does its job. But lately, after the recent update, it keeps logging me out, so I have to reenter mine and my kids library card numbers. It wouldn’t be *that* big of a deal if the kids would automatically load after just putting my card number in, since they’re under my account. I wound up just saving the numbers in my notes app so that I can copy and paste all 4 numbers… every day. Used to (just a month ago), you would just stay logged in until you logged yourself out, if you ever did. Other than that, I like the app.

Useless if tu can’t sign in
This app has bugs and the front desk admitted to constant issues regarding account access. In an already crowded city you have to drive into town to go renew books. What’s the point of tech apps if it’s useless when it’s time to actually be utilized.
