Glitches all the time
Can’t cancel hold, some items just show load screen forever and nothing updates. Not a helpful app at all

Not working
After a few attempts with my correct login info, it finally let me in. But whenever I try to search for a book to checkout, it loads and loads and never pulls up the catalog. I can see on the website that the book is available, but there is no way for me to reserve it in the app because it will not pull up. The website is experiencing glitches as well. I had to call and reserve over the phone. I can see in my app under my “holds” that it is on hold, but the catalog search feature still is not working.

Others miss the point
The app is a placeholder as the library updates their complete user interface and database. The website is now done and you need to build a new login. So, the old app would have not tied to the new information. While it is unfortunate that the app isn’t complete at the time of the rollout, I’m hoping for the best and appreciate that the old app was decommissioned appropriately.

Generic design
The app design doesn’t use any of the iOS design guidelines. Doesn’t even feel like a native app.
