Log in not working
Tried to submit my mobile number to register and had repeated messages I attempted to log in before and could not get to ride these city bikes. Real shame as I had planned to visit some places on one

Lags like crazy, very unusable.
The app (on iOS) lags so much! The app is just not optimized for iPhone. My very first experience was bad, somehow managed to use it since I really wanted to try the bicycle.

Gut und günstig.
Funktioniert super einfach, auch als Ausländer. Man braucht lediglich seine Kreditkarte zur Hand.

Die app hat mich rausgeschmissen, als ich mein Rad in Pause hatte. So kam ich nicht mehr rein und musste mein Rad abgeschlossen stehen lassen. Was aus dem Geld und der Zeit wird, weiß keiner. Unübersichtlich und schwierig und kompliziert!
Hire a scooter instead
The app is unreliable and you can’t pause the bike to visit major attractions. Much better hiring a scooter. A number of the bikes have low tyre pressure or flats also. The be avoided at all costs
Not electric & Rough Ride!
This bike looks electric and truly is not. It was also a hard seat, no suspension and a rough ride. I was wobbling just to balance it.

Price fraud
We bought a day pass. But day pass apparently only included one hour of the bike. For every additional 15 min, it was 15 Kroners. What’s the day pass for then?
Not bad
Great service and very convenient when it works. Often no bikes at my closest station dock in Sandviken when I need one and at other times the station dock is full when I want to return a bike thus not enabling me to do so. Therefore I am either walking to or walking back from the next closest station half a kilometre a way which isn’t a massive issue but occasionally that station dock will encounter the same problem and so I am then compelled to walk to the next closest station dock which can be frustrating and render the service redundant at times.

I love this system! So environmentally friendly and easy to ride! Just make sure you have connection when trying to connect the bike with the app. Very good and fun overall!
