Nutzlos

Der einzige Sinn der App scheint darin zu bestehen, dass die Berbrauchszwischeninfos nicht mehr per Post von Berlinovo gesendet werden müssen. Eine notwendige extra „Freischaltungsanfrage“ wird kommentarlos abgelehnt. Supportanfrage bleibt unbeantwortet! Somit ist die App leider absolut nutzlos.

Login nicht möglich

Trotz mehrmaliger Änderung meines Passworts wo ich dachte ich sei dumm oder so konnte ich mich trotz mehrfacher Versuche nicht einloggen es steht keine Fehlermeldung oder falsche Daten.. es passiert einfach nichts. Traurig das man mir dann stolz ein Brief schickt mit der Info das es eine App gibt 🫠

Jedes Dokument wird bei geschlossener App als ungelesen angezeigt. Fehlende Auswahlmöglichkeiten

Ob wohl ich die neue Nachricht gelesen und gespeichert habe, erscheint immer eine Zahl auch im geschlossenen Zustand. Jetzt sind es vier gelesene Dokumente, die als Zahl auch bei geschlossenen App als ungelesen anzeigt werden.
Es fehlen Auswahlmöglichkeiten z.B. beim Melden von Schäden. Wie wäre es mit dem Punkt Sonstiges? Oder wo kommt eine Meldung vom defekten Rauchmelder hin, bei Elektrik/Steckdosen oder bei Klingelanlage?
