App support doesn’t work and I have a question about the game. I tried to do support on here but makes you sign up in a different language. I need this answer to my question to play the game otherwise the game is great
Do not download this game
There is literally no support. You click on it and it just freezes every time and after every update. This game is a joke.
Old and Repetitive
Every few months I check in for updates. The game hasn’t changed in 3 years at least. No updates just the same things recycled. $$ hungry ..but sadly just not worth it.

The game was fun and family friendly, but it seems the developers bailed on it. There haven't been new challenges in a long time. You can't access help anymore either. They still have an overabundance of pop ups asking for money though. I suggest you not pay/buy from them.

I’ve been playing this game for awhile, I love it .Question. Why do you flash soo many ads. It’s ridiculous. You flash average 5 to 7 adds every time you do something. Why soo many adds. If we want something we will buy it. Enough with the adds.
Game is broken
I have been playing this game for years and now it is stuck on “finish tutorial” for a week already. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times and nothing fixes it. There is also no way to reach the developers as I have tried that many times as well. I would like the money back I spent on the in app purchases. Loved this game but they have not updated it in years and when the game gets stuck there is no way to reach anyone to fix it. Don’t download this game. If you do don’t waste your money on the I app purchases because when the game gets stuck you will get no help.

This game is really fun, but OMG the amount of ads that you have to watch when playing this game is absolutely ridiculous way too many ads

i loved this game and spend a few dollars here and there to help me out. well i saw a good deal where it said free give with any purchase with items. i purchased a 4.99 pack with like 400 energy. and my free gift was suppose to give 400 more plus other special items. it really upset me and makes me want to quit playing. it’s too easy to run out of energy. i tried to go to the support page but it never loads to open

Gets boring after a while
If you like a game where you just drop in and out a couple of times a day then okay. As you go on it’s obvious they push you towards purchasing energy. The tasks become almost impossible without spending money or they take a very long time. The ads to buy energy are extremely annoying. After a few years today may be the day to delete.

Stingy with energy (baseline energy is 69, rather than 100). Few ways to earn energy. Some areas say “unable to reach” even when there is literally nothing in the way. Expect to only play for about 3 - 4 minutes at a time unless you’re willing to pay to play this mediocre game.
Impossível completar as missões!
O jogo é muito divertido, porém está impossível concluir as missões, pois a quantidade de energia exigida está muito alta, impossível concluir na quantidade de dias que são dados, além disso o suporte está com problemas, clico na aba do suporte e fica rodando até travar o jogo. Gastei dinheiro comprando rubis para concluir uma missão, não recebi o prêmio e nem consegui contatar o suporte. Hoje 16/05/2025 tive mais problemas, gastos R$ 59,70 para compra de energia e rubis, tudo isso na tentativa de completar uma missão, só que o jogo simplesmente saiu da página E não permitiu.ainda com problemas na página do suporte. Mesmo juntando mais de 10.000 energias não deu pra concluir uma ilha.
