The Support Team has never ever been supportive.
For whatever reason, the game would not load. Stops at 36%. No support from Zynga. Just a useless list of things to try, as if I already hadn’t. Closed and reopened my app, checked my internet status, etc.
So, I uninstalled and reinstalled. Had to start the whole process. FINALLY BROUGHT UP TO CONNECT WITH MY FACEBOOK for the progress I had saved after about 30-40 minutes of play. Got to play at the level I had earned and then the loading stopped AGAIN!!! So
I restarted from level 1, spent another 30-40 minutes until I got to reconnect to my earned progress.
And now the not loading has happened again. It is very frustrating. I hope you can make this game work for me.

Game Error. Supper won’t help
I’ve been trying to get my game fixed for over 3 months. Support is a joke and never actually does anything but tell you to repeat the steps u already tried.
Freezes at 36% Initializing
I love this game, I’ve been playing a few years now off and on. But there is a glitch where the app is freezing at Initializing 36%. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app recently with success and retrieved my saved progress, just for it to start again later the same day. I’m not the only one this is happening to as I am part of several forums and this is a common issue. If this is a bug with the app, please fix it because it’s risky deleting and reinstalling (there is a chance of losing progress I’m sure).

Getting boring
Been playing this game for a long time. The graphics are good and the general look is ok. BUT it’s getting as boring as anything. They constantly roll out the same mini games, cruises etc. Can’t remember when there was anything new introduced. The developers need to do something to keep people’s interest. There are so many games out there people switch to something else. Maybe that’s what the developers want?!
