Game Error. Supper won’t help
I’ve been trying to get my game fixed for over 3 months. Support is a joke and never actually does anything but tell you to repeat the steps u already tried.
Freezes at 36% Initializing
I love this game, I’ve been playing a few years now off and on. But there is a glitch where the app is freezing at Initializing 36%. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app recently with success and retrieved my saved progress, just for it to start again later the same day. I’m not the only one this is happening to as I am part of several forums and this is a common issue. If this is a bug with the app, please fix it because it’s risky deleting and reinstalling (there is a chance of losing progress I’m sure).

Getting boring
Been playing this game for a long time. The graphics are good and the general look is ok. BUT it’s getting as boring as anything. They constantly roll out the same mini games, cruises etc. Can’t remember when there was anything new introduced. The developers need to do something to keep people’s interest. There are so many games out there people switch to something else. Maybe that’s what the developers want?!

Fun until it wasn’t
The game started out fun and interesting, but quickly became more work than fun.
Stars
I reached level 95 what happened to all my pink stars when that’s the level ends. It’s getting boring, diamonds are expensive ,so people that I know are leaving. It’s not fun anymore. Only probably lower your diamond price ☹️

After over 10 years of play, this game has become so frustrating!! I can't visit my teammates because of a message that says I'm using an older version but there haven't been any updates for weeks. I just tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and now I'm not loading past 36% again!!! I have reached out to customer support numerous times and nothing has been accomplished. I’m trying to stick it out because I put so much time into this game but I may have to let it go

For two years I haven’t been able to use my boosts. And I don’t get the Ship. Support says I have to update. I can’t !!!! I love the game, but I’ll have to stop playing.
What is going on?!
What is going on with this app lately?! Why are you suddenly telling me to update the app WHEN I ALREADY DID DAYS AGO and now suddenly it's popping up again?! And also I keep getting disconnected from my group and it's not them removing me and it won't stay connected I keep having to connect my apple and game center constantly lately its a real pain.

Too many Glitches
I have been playing this game for years. Lots of problems lately. The out of date mate message keeps popping up when I try to go help my teammates. There are no updates available. It’s frustrating. It’s been this way for a few weeks now . I’m the beach club leader and I can’t play the game correctly!

Not loading past 36% on iphone
Had to install and pick up my game on my iPod touch cause this app on my iPhone suddenly won't load past 36% and I've done everything I can think of, even uninstalling and reinstalling. And even after that when I try to connect my game it doesn't load. Whatever bug is going on needs to get fixed. But at least for now the app isn't glitching the same on my iPod touch cause if it was I would have no other way to play.

Glitches
I have been playing this game for years. Lots of problems lately. The out of date mate message keeps popping up when I try to go help my teammates. There are no updates available. It’s frustrating. It doesn’t always sync when I open it and sends my back to the beginning. It takes several tries.
Glitchy game
Played this game for a while, had to delete it, couldn’t get my old account back, now screen freezes after collecting a required 3day reward around lvl 6.

After the recent update, the game won't load past 36%. I tried uninstalling & reinstalling it works but once I log in to my account it freezes. I have been playing for over 10 years. I know I have lost so much in five days. Omgggg fix this darn game already
