Glitchy game
Played this game for a while, had to delete it, couldn’t get my old account back, now screen freezes after collecting a required 3day reward around lvl 6.
Will not fix my issue
I haven’t been able to play my game in over a month. I’m a loyal player for a very long time. I’ve emailed many times and have been told the same things over again

I’ve been trying to play for the last hour or so but some of the actions freeze up and you have to close and start it back up

After the recent update, the game won't load past 36%. I tried uninstalling & reinstalling it works but once I log in to my account it freezes. I have been playing for over 10 years. I know I have lost so much in five days. Omgggg fix this darn game already

I’ve been playing since almost the beginning and it’s always been fun. They need to do some updates on the game. I’m at the max money you can get and max level.. as older players need to be able to expand more to get better enjoyment. But the game is fun.

Best game ever. Been playing for 8 years. Also playing with a great team.
Bonus game
I can see there is a bonus game from the new items to craft but there is no game on my screen. I play hard and spend money so I started my own club so I could play harder. I got kicked out of groups for reasons unknown but can’t seem to get anyone in my club. I played this games years ago and for a very long time and recently started to play again but if this is how it’s going to be I might as well play something else

Many of the original fields of play have done over and over 95 level is reached nothing left to compete for. The island has other areas that need opened to,entice the players

I played this game for years and made it so far and one day I just stopped working and would only load to 36%. I deleted and redownload the app many times and it would not work. It’s been two years since and it still won’t work and it won’t let me back into my original account. It now says my account is blocked and that a content update is needed when there are no updates available?? Please help because I miss this game and I’m fed up.

Overcharging
I’ve had boost and chat issues for 7 years that they don’t or won’t fix and they overcharge if you purchase anything, the ongoing bugs they don’t fix and if you contact support it’s hopeless well it’s more than hopeless it doesn’t support at all. I’ve been overcharged for years but they will not refund, make excuses like everything

Fun but can’t just login on different devices
I already have this on my iPad but when downloaded on my phone it made me go through setting up the island like it was my first time. I couldn’t just bypass all the stupid tutorials and just login…STUPID! And annoying!
The game is so terrible with technical issues
The game is so terrible with technical issues, so many people in my guild group cannot even play. They ranked the team based on performance, but we can’t play the game.
Get rid of purple stars. They’re worthless.

There are too many glitches. The support is not responsive. Really disappointing as if it worked properly it’s a lovely game. After this latest update I now can’t play at all. Just received a response to my review, please contact the support desk if you are having issues! Gee really I hadn’t thought of that. Perhaps the poor review is because you don’t respond. You’re too interested in responding to bad reviews than fixing the problem. Well how about if you had a better product there wouldn’t be the need for a bad review.

Disappointment
My game was working fine until I updated the app than I lost all content and it’s making me start from square 1. I lost all coins and all gems. 🥹
Needs an update..
I decided to join back in the game however the game is sooo laggy to the point when I send my the people to hot springs and if I needs something it will not let me exit and fix the food so I can send them.. or after I get done making something for example rice it will not let me grab them to be added to my storages.. if I log back into my app it’s making me do this dragon quest thing over again which I already did it.. please fix this issue it’s so frustrating to the point I’m not playing.
