Suddenly won’t work

I downloaded the program last year. It worked and then it stopped. It keeps wanting me to create an account which I already have. There is absolutely no support for this horrible app.

Oh dear

I have had to delete this because everyday I get a notification that there is an update available but the Apple Store is not showing any update. Come on BERNINA surely you can do better than this? Such a shame. I really liked it when it was a simple record of all my feet with any accompanying video on how to use them.
