Terrible software for terrible machine

I shouldn’t be required to use an app on a heat press. Said heat press also shouldn’t break within 5 uses. Save your money and choose a different brand because the CS will ghost you and refuse refunds and replacements

I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing this crapppp !!!! Can’t even set up anything cus the page is invalid !! and then there’s reviews up here from up to a year ago you would of thought they would of fixed it from then !!!!!!! Like this is ridiculous
