Can’t add new machine

I bought a maker 3 and I tried adding it through design space on pc and iOS it keeps saying can’t connect I even tried a usb connection on my pc and says usb connection failed the machine shows up under the hardware settings on Bluetooth and usb but design space can’t connect to it.

Crashing Constantly

It has not mattered if I access on my phone, MacBook, or iPad. Constant crashing. Sometimes you just open the app and it crashes! I pay for the yearly subscription and can’t even use it! When it does work it’s pretty good, but anymore that’s a rare occurrence.

SO MANY NOTIFICATIONS

why does a tool app need so many notifications? Also can’t you just make an app where it does the thing and you don’t have to have a paywall everywhere you look. It’s annoying.
