Terrible software for terrible machine
I shouldn’t be required to use an app on a heat press. Said heat press also shouldn’t break within 5 uses. Save your money and choose a different brand because the CS will ghost you and refuse refunds and replacements

Download was easy, followed online instructions and all went great.
Terrible they need to get it together
I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing this crapppp !!!! Can’t even set up anything cus the page is invalid !! and then there’s reviews up here from up to a year ago you would of thought they would of fixed it from then !!!!!!! Like this is ridiculous

Why did I need to download this? Why? Why can’t I just turn on my heat press and use it??? Yall spent time and money on this app?? Do you enjoy wasting time and money—including my time? So dumb
Not logging in
Can’t use the machine as it won’t let me log in using my cricut ID. What a silly app. Why should it be needed to use the press?

Works great!
I was just gifted the big easy press and went to download the app. The reviews made me worried that this was a mistake. BUT the app and machine work perfectly! I even figured out how to adjust the time and temp right on the machine. Love!

This should be illegal
There is NO good reason for forcing end users to install an app for what is basically an iron. Ordered press over internet and didn’t even know till it arrived.
Fabulous!
This is a great app. It helps you keep track of the temperature and time, so no more guess work! The app did ask me to run an update within the app, however it only took a few minutes. Would be great if this functionality was included in the Design Space app, but otherwise it was very easy to use.
Unusable
Just downloaded the app and it won’t open after inputting my Cricut log-in info. Why have a product be reliant on an app to use?!!
Can’t log in
I can’t log into the app, it’s been a vicious cycle of log in screens but can’t get farther than that. This is a paper weight at this point and I just want my money back.

It works great on phone but i’d be nice if the sign in was less picky and worked on an ipad or macbook
Can’t activate cause I dont own a computer
Dear Cricut, I just got my Cricut mug press, and i can even activate it because i dont own a computer with a usb port…if your going to make products that we can use any device from then make it to where anyone can activate anything from any device.I do everything from a IPad, and I dont have a usb port to even get this going….so now what? I return cause I can’t activate it…disappointed, sad I was looking forward in doing my own cups.

Unnecessary
First off, why do we need another app for an accessory that already comes with a heat guide for the different materials and has a timer and things already built in. The fact that I cannot use my Cricut heat press 3 without the app is super frustrating. Also the app is not working and doesn’t let you sign in or create an account. I have tried logging in for 3 days and contacted customer service and there is still no help. Yes my phone is up to date.

Having read the older reviews I was a little unsure but this latest version works with no issues so far. Easy to register hat press and settings sent to press quickly. App shows current temperature and indicates timings until required heat setting. All instructions as per the web version. Quality made app.

Einrichtung klappte wunderbar
Nach den ganzen negativen Rezessionen hatte ich bedenken, ob ich die Presse ebenfalls nicht nutzen kann und zurück schicken muss. Heute habe ich sie eingerichtet und das ganze hat inklusive Kontoerstellung keine Minute gedauert, das Einrichten der Presse an sich nur ein paar Sekunden.
Anschließend habe ich die Tasche bedruckt, hier hätte ich mir ein Video genau mit der beiliegenden Vorlage gewünscht, da ich wegen der Folie verwirrt war. Hatte bedenken und deswegen vorsichtshalber Backpapier genutzt, aber das hätte man nicht gemusst.
Die App hat ein paar Übersetzungsfehler, in den Anweisungen sind immer mal wieder falsche Wörter (Licht statt leicht) oder es stehen die englischen Wörter drin.

Does not work in Safari
Safari does not work with this app nor does it allow you to open it with google.
Need Update!! Cannot Use Brand New Machine
I have spent countless hours troubleshooting your app with reps on the phone. The only solution they’ve come up with is wait for an app update or I have to purchase or borrow someone’s android device today my BRAND NEW EASY PRESS before I can use it for the first time. I’m so disappointed. Cricut please reach out to me.
