Can’t even log in after update. Didn’t you test it before releasing it? Appalling
App broken after latest release
Nothing loads after opening the app after the latest release/refresh/whatever (what was wrong with the old app…nothing). I log in and then just see the blank green screen of BBR.
“Upgrade” is worse
Not sure what functionality has been added as the most useful feature of accepting or rejecting BBX bids is now buried somewhere unfindable
Do you want to sell wines?
I can’t easily access BBRs wines for sale through the App.
Great app
This is a great app easy to use and brilliantly made. One piece of advice may be to have a section where buyers can speak to sellers to help transactions go through more quickly

Should be better
Looks good, but basic navigation when trying to buy wine is poor. And if their champagne video pops up one more time while I’m searching for wines on the site I may just never buy wine from them again.
Nice visual lacking useful funtionality
I have been berating Berry Bros for a few years about the poor functionality of their Cellar Manager and I was so looking forward to this app solving some of the issues.
I am just disappointed that the app is just a visual rehash of the current software. Its virtually useless guys. Its the software that drives the database thats at fault not the nice visuals.
Please ask your customers what they they want, do not assume that 300 years of selling wine makes you expert on the 21st century. I am really fed up with this.

Looks good, it working properly
I was pleased to see the new app coming out and excited to try it. However, as a dedicated Cellar Manager app it’s falling at the first hurdle for me, the valuation of my wines is missing in the cellar section. This worked in the old app but is now just blank and I have to go to “Sell you wines” to see the data which should show in the cellar manager section.
Other than that, it’s well laid out and functional. Would be nice to see some new innovative features, bring in my favourites from the website, Brie recommendations based on my cellar, integration of some of the data from the great emails we get as cellar plan members, to name a few.
Keep it up, just iron out the most blatant bugs please :-)

Definitely backward
Improved look degraded functionality. Harder to find data about wines. Log in really is a pain not integrated with Face ID and keeps logging out. Needs a lot of work.
Overhaul is a downgrade
Can no longer see photos of the bottles. The bids against wines aren’t shown in the cellar page meaning you have to search elsewhere for bids -highly irritating. When you do go into BBX, you can’t chose how to order the wines e.g. by vintage. Please can we have the old app back. Better functionality and visuals.

Annoying
Many issues including, logging you out when moving between apps, no biometric login, get a bid alert but won’t let you manage it. Despite being logged it it asks to to register to manage bids, when you log in again within the app it tells you you are already registered but doesn’t allow you to do anything.

No way back
When you click on shop bbr and start navigating the website you can’t go back to a previous page, it just takes you back to the app menu! Please fix
Why can’t they make one that works?
I deleted the previous app years ago because it never worked properly. Now they advertised a new one so I thought I would give them a chance. Try to log in and it’s unavailable. Completely uselesss.
Love BBR, not the app!
This is a terrible app. Long overdue an update. Bugs and crashes on opening.
Doesn’t work on iPad
Works well on iPhone although data issues vs website version. Simply never (no exaggeration) on iPad. Astonishing given who the company is.

When switch apps on my phone this app closes it’s web connect and I have to log in again……very frustrating!
