Had this app for 4 years and not a single job has been made available.
Theyāre the best Recruitment Agency
Iāve been working with Berry Recruitment for a month now, and all I can say is that theyāre honestly really good, very fast and quick in responding to enquiries, and the pay is actually the highest Iāve seen so far in all my job search for part-time jobs. Very easy and seamless to register too, and I was quickly placed in a role as soon as I registered. Thank you Berry!

Very bad people
Stafford Branch not good. Worst company
Stafford branch has rude and unhelpful staff. They donāt pay on time and you have to chase them up for payments, avoid at all cost. I have worked for Berry recruitment in other parts of the country without any problems though.
Fresh graduate looking for job
As a international student graduated in the uk last month. I am actively looking for jobs and I saw berry on a job board. I donāt have any working experience in the uk and when I start using it. It told me I am not qualified because I donāt have 6 months experience. In the email, they mentioned even if you are new, you can still match up some jobs. This is so ridiculous.

This app is ok but the people working there like name is sophia she is the person doing interviews have issues with people blaming Iāve provided her records what she was said to me,when I finished the interview she told me no have job and if no have why I do interview when I told her she was been rude,I was the person disappointed and she quickly reported about me blaming that person is very bad to this company I would like to concern who is the manager,they will affect your business!!

Do not recommend! Been booked twice, cancelled on me the first time last minute, second booking showed up(49 shifts) worked an hour and been told thereās been a misunderstanding, wasnāt meant to be in.

Confusing App?
I recently signed up but there were no options for hospitality. The email stated you can join with āno experienceā yet when setting up the app and clicking no experience, the app wonāt let me go any further as I am āunqualifiedā !??
Donāt bother. Useless.
I booked my interview and all went well. I had the app for weeks and no jobs were ever available. Whatās the point to download this app if there are no jobs? Been searching a lot of time per day and not even once it showed a job. Useless. Deleted. Donāt bother.

Unfortunately, I found some aspects of the communication to be quite unprofessional. Specifically, the tone and manner in which my queries were handled came across as dismissive and lacking the respect that should be afforded to any candidate engaging with your organization.
I believe that every candidate, regardless of the outcome, deserves to be treated with professionalism and courtesy throughout the recruitment process. It is essential not only for maintaining a positive employer brand but also for ensuring a fair and respectful experience for all.

Great places to work
Only done a few jobs so far but every site Iāve been to has been a chefs dream, all have been very clean, tidy, organised and with nice people to work with. Would highly recommend working for berry.

Not too Good at the same time not too bad
When I started working for berry recruitment it was horrible at first anytime I see work notification I immediately apply and gets rejected which needs a little bit of improvement on that cos some of us really need the job thatās why we applied for.. they only send you message to apply for the position when they are running out of stuff which is very bad. But apart from that aspect it was very nice working with them once they brought me home safely and I loved it but once more thing the money we see on the app is not what we get ššhaha..anyways I love it but itās needs more improvement..so I give it a 3 of out 5

I worked for Berry on and off for a couple of years now. Through mainly Lisa and Helen I ve always found them helpful I ve always been well informed and as of my recent absence due to my hospital admission very understanding and sympathetic. I would hope to be well enough to return for a placement as soon as I'm well enough and I would highly recommend Berry as a recruitment agency to anybody in the future.
