App no longer works in US!
I paid $300 for the device plus a lifetime subscription less than 2 years ago. Now I can no longer sign into the app and after looking into it further, the app is no longer supported in the US! I have tried over 5 attempts to get help and have gotten no response. I submitted a complaint to the BBB. Do not purchase this device!!!!!!

App doesn’t work
I paid for a lifetime subscription and after about 2 years the app no longer works. It will not let me sign in- say there is an error- even after redownloading it and trying to change my password. Have messaged multiple times for help and have received no response.
Don’t Buy This Scanner
I really wanted to like the Besanna app and scanner. My app is really glitchy and won’t save more than 10 scans at a time, so I need to write the scan results down or I will eventually lose people’s scans. I reached out to customer service and they said this wasn’t supposed to happen but never got any actual help. The app has now been down for at least a month which means I can’t do any scans. So frustrating!!! Nobody is answering my emails and there isn’t a number to call. Just spend the extra money and get an ITovi scanner. I wish I would have!

Would love to see an improved catalog and connectivity.
I really love the fact that I can use the scanner and not have to guess what oils I need in the moment! I scan myself and my family at least 5x a week.
However the app started to get glitchy so I went into the App Store looking to see if I needed to update the app. I found that this version is more current so I downloaded it.
It seemed better at first but its not great. The app will back out in the middle of a scan and I have to start over. Or it says it’s scanning and gets stuck in the scan mode. And it can take up to 5 tries to get the app to actually begin and complete a scan.
The new search feature is cool. However the app doesn’t contain the full range of Doterra’s oils. For instance, birch has been available for over a year but it doesn’t come up in the search catalog. If the developer updates the app more often I would say 5 stars, but the last update was 7 months ago which is disappointing.
