I used to love this app. Paid four years ago as a single purchase. Now I can’t get into it. There’s no help to getting into it. I’ve gone to the website. There’s no place to contact the company. It’s just useless to me at this point because I can’t get into the site and there’s no way to get help.
Fantastic tool
I love this app and all of its amazing features! It is easy to look up the emotional aspects of each oil and or emotion and find ways of processing the emotions. I find the declarations and meditations very helpful and well done!
Great companion to emotional discovery
On the journey of discovering, honoring, bringing to light, and processing emotions this is such a beautiful scaffolding to use as a map in that healing journey. The creators and contributors to this process have been on the journey themselves so they understand the vast and complex territory of human emotional landscape. A lot of time and money can be spent chasing processes and philosophies that don’t always create productive long lasting results. This app gives such insight into listening, tending to, and co-creating with our emotions while continually hands the locus of control back over to the individual.

If you’re serious about emotional self-awareness and want a tool that bridges emotion, body awareness, and essential oils in a practical, everyday way, this app is a keeper. It’s like having the wisdom of the Essential Emotions book with you anytime you need clarity, connection, or emotional processing. The Essential Emotions app takes the guesswork out and allows me to make sense of emotions and intentionally use my oils. I use this app all the time for myself and clients!

Valuable on-the-go resource
I love the Essential Emotions system. It is so powerful for releasing emotions and energies that have served their purpose and bringing in the new, helpful ones, assisting healthy growth!The APP is such a nice tool to have everywhere I go. With descriptions of what each essential oil offers, and suggestions on which oils will help shift energy and provide specific emotional support, I have answers for me, my family and friends as well as clients. I really appreciate having the optional tools, such as the fillable worksheet and “Move with Jo” somatic yoga. There are so many features and powerful resources.
I look forward to when the fillable worksheet has the ability to “return” or “enter” to start a new paragraph and when all the meditations have an audio file. They are so powerful to listen to!
