They are prompt, reliable and helpful. A total game changer. They'll pick up whatever you need whenever you need it. I am so grateful I discovered them.
Takes too long
I had to wait 3 and a half hours for a simple Starbucks drink and was charged $20 when the store bought drink is actually $5.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE
reasons: #1 My peers and I ordered food from school and refused to deliver it because it “causes delay.” We have also used other delivery apps such as Postmates and Grubhub right from school and even if we were a few minutes late, they didn’t give us a problem about it.
#2 Since they couldn’t “deliver it to schools” we made it easier for them to deliver it across the street, to a different address so we can get our food. Yet, they still refused to deliver.
#3 After he texted us saying sorry next time, i can get you they would say the same thing. Oh ya i also forgot to mention that he was the one who said to deliver it to a different address.

Can ya stop!
They keep texting me from new numbers to do their deliveries, they must be short handed because they keep texting me every 2 days to log on and they’ll give me 2000$ to do 150 deliveries, they are a scam don’t download this app or even use it, PLEASE STOP SPAMMING ME I DO NOT WANT TO WORK FOR YOU
They haven’t paid me already 25 days.
I worked but they never paid me. They told me that manager will take care of it but he never did. I am still fighting for my money.
Terrible service
The worst. Do not use. They offer no customer service. Missing items, no way to get any help. Leaves the restaurant with no options.

SHOULD BE CALLED “WORST DELIVERIES”, I’ve used this service enough to give this place an average rating of 1 star.
Reasons:
#1 - THEY CHARGE WAY TOO MUCH for deliveries, they never disclose what your total will be before your order. They give you the total once your food arrive and it’s always wayyyy tooooo high sometimes more than the food total itself.
#2 DELIVERY IS DELAYED 95% of the time and SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS - I’ve had instances where food has taken over 2 hours to be delivered of course it arrives cold, and the order is almost always mest up. The menus they have for locations don’t include the establishments full menu it’s so half assed, forget about custom menu items, they are so lazy to try and figure it out for you, they will bring you back a carrot to just get your order off their plate and will not provide a refund. Drivers are thieves. I always include tip in my payment method, but when the driver delivers says “where is my tip” ???? I’ve had drivers show me the receipt on their phone and they cover the tip portion so they can get more out of me.......
The only good thing about this delivery place is they deliver from any restaurant I guess but still what’s the point if the food is delayed and service is terrible. All these 5 star reviews are fake and mainly published by family members or staff that works for the app. Use the known delivery services if you plan on getting fed. Forget this place. Seriously. Thieves.

Horrible Experience (STAY AWAY!!)
Horrible experience with Best deliveries. Not only was my food 1.5hrs late, it was extremely cold when i received it. It gets better, then i receive a text message from best deliveries hounding me to pay the “remainder” i asked what remainder, they stated their driver input the wrong information for payment. (As if this wasn't unprofessional already) they then insisted i give them my full cc information over text so they can correct THEIR mistake. I said i dont feel comfortable sending my cc info over text they stated they do it with clients all the time. How incredibly unprofessional. So at this point i’m extremely dissatisfied waiting for 1.5hrs to get my cold food, dealing with a financial error on their end then them hounding me for payment for a mistake they made.
This is probably the most unprofessional delivery service I've ever used! STAY AWAY!! Heed the warning. Use other reliable services like uber eats or even over priced postmates.

Love this app
Ive used this service over hundreds of times and I'm always satisfied. The drivers are super nice and I always receive my food on time. Even if it will 5 minutes late they always let me know before. Its an awesome service and i love using it when I have big parties because I'm guaranteed with my hot food, and exactly how i placed it. Also the payment is so convenient you can use the service anytime if you used the service before they have your information and you don't go through the hassle every time

Handy Dandy App!
I’ve had this app downloaded for about a year now. I can honestly say it’s a life saver! I have a newborn, so, leaving the house isn’t convenient... I use this app for everything... breakfast, lunch, dinner & the best part is they can even bring me diapers, wipes, formula, etc.! Basically, it’s never scary to run out of things because Best deliveries is literally a click away. Fast and trustworthy!!! Highly recommend!

Still waiting
This my first review. I'm writing as I wait for an order I'm unable to track and not sure if I'll ever receive. I've been charged, but the restaurant is unable to help in locating order and the Best offices are closed. I've decided to report this to Amex as it not a good service if you can be charged without a product being delivered. We tried you but will not be fooled twice. We will stick to other reliable delivery sources.

Best deliver more like Wrost deliveries
I got my first order and 90% of my food was missing and I order it at 6 then waited for my second order time it came was 10 at night and half of that food wasn't right so half of my family didn't get to eat cost me $200 and noting was right very disappointing
Disappointed
It's upsetting how only they deliver in certain locations. I work 8 hour shifts I like to get food from other places besides the restaurants in my work place. Unfortunately they don't do deliveries where I'm located sad.

Awful!!!
Ordered from a local burger joint and the service still took a good hour to arrive. My order wasn't as I requested. Very disappointed and angry about this app. Look elsewhere.
