Terrible app
This thing not only tries to force you to prepay “for the convenience of saving time in store” (and we all know it’s always faster to tap than type in my card info), and won’t let you book without pre laying. Further it charges you a fee to book (approx $1.50 on a men’s cut) that it hides with “taxes and fees”. This is ridiculous. Delete the app and continue using the website or calling in. This is a waste of time. If this becomes required to book here I’ll be changing barbers.
