I have used the app dev’s site to contact them multiple times about helping me reset a pin because I forgot mine and they refuse to respond
Double charge
Been paying yearly and it renews on its own. This time after 4 years it did not and I had to pay when I did I was double charged and there is no way to contact anyone.
I really wish they did this
The renaming of evry clip would be peak. Especially putting them in order due to name. I recorded a video thru the app and it let me name it but if I add a video myself it’s just labeled as video and random number. I don’t like that. Besides that it’s an amazing app

I absolutely love this app. It works perfectly for what I needed it for.
Geolocation
The application requested access to geolocation. How can I see the location of the photos I took?
A few things that could be improved
It’s a good app for security but there needs to be improvements within the app itself. For one you need to be able to name each picture or video uploaded. Simply relying on the designated number given to it when it is uploaded is not beneficial to locating the file when you are looking for it. Additionally it would be better to be able to move each picture or video into a spot that you want within the folder.

IOS sizing button obscures the Apps add folder button on top left corner. Emailed the software builders-no response.

Good app but if you move from one phone to another, data transfer is hard work. It will be nice if they can do back up on the cloud

I accidentally uninstalled the app from my device, I went to redownloaded it back I can’t login to my account anymore. it only Allowed me to create a new password and take to an empty room. I lost everything I had saved. I feel incident happened all the time, people would be able to get their account back.

Bring back video repeat!
This is one of the best apps out there. I’ve had it for years without issue and enjoy both the interface and functionality. Wish they would bring back the looping of saved videos though.
Just like all the other apps now.
Was good years ago, but now all it does is crash and when it's not crashing it's popin up adds every time you go out of a window or click on something. Then when you look at the price they are charging...Sad, what a rip off.

I would love them to remove the red new icon on the new photos or video that we add and also I would love them to fix it to be able to go back to the same photo that we were looking for so we can continue searching and not go to the first photo on top of the folder when we press back. Also, on the videos, we would like to go to the next video. Without Going Back Other than that, the app is perfect.
