All my stuff is gone

Every picture and video is gone. It constantly asks me to log in to upgrade but when I enter my emails it says user doesn’t exist. My pin logs me in but none of my files are there. I lost everything

For upgrading asked email . I have not given any email id previously so I created a new account with my gmail id . I lost my old account and I can’t get them back. Please give suggestion how to get back my old account.
