Can’t Upgrade to Pro Version
I want to get rid of ads so I tried to upgrade to pro version but received an error message that my subscription can’t be verified. I have attempted to upgrade over three days with no success.
Can’t reset password
I’m stuck because I don’t know where the password reset is going
Lost my account
For upgrading asked email . I have not given any email id previously so I created a new account with my gmail id . I lost my old account and I can’t get them back. Please give suggestion how to get back my old account.

Had app years ago with lots on it since using old iCloud n trying to get back on it but says none of my emails I have even exist I only used a pin to get in so would like access

I used to believe this was the #1 in the folder locking app category. I went off to the military for 6 years but I wasn’t living under a rock, so I don’t understand the direction these people chose to go—the app was perfect how it was before. You can’t even set up a pin anymore? That’s ridiculous. I had to set up a physical password to access my account again but doing so made me lose the previously encrypted data associated to the old password. So now I just have an empty slate. I don’t even know if I should keep this app any more. I trusted in these people to keep my stuff safe, now all my stuff is gone.

Crashes all the time
Forced update and lost all my data. No way to recover. I see folders listed but they all claim to be empty now and no option to recover them. Years of data lost
All files lost after reinstalling the app
Don’t try to use this app to save any files as you will encounter data loss completely after reinstalling the app even though you didn’t delete any files from the app. As told by the support, there is no way to access to the files after reinstalling the app even though the files are in your iPhone storage.

Its been twice that I lost all my information
Back in 2024 I lost everything I had secured in this app. I gave a second t try (paying) and today it wont let me log in. It’s the same thing again, meaning that I lost everything. Guess I’ll be looking for another more reliable app.

I got this app and some options take you to another service which asks you for a credit card, and it is a Scam… BEWARE!
It was good until it wasn’t
I have had everything stored on this app for my work and home for many years. I even paid for the app so that the ads wouldn’t pop up. I would like a refund because I am no longer able to access my information. This has been going on for several months and all they say is don’t delete the app. The app on my end was already deleted before they said not to and when asked what to do no response given. They have ignored every single email that I have sent to them. Please refund me my money that I paid for this app that I cannot use.

Difficult to transfer files
If the file was already created, it is next to impossible to transfer the document into folder. Lock

THE WORST APP EVEERRRRR
Do NOT download this app under any condition! I have been using the app without a single problem for many years and now that I updated it to the most recent version, all my documents and data is gone! Vanished!!! Like they had never been stored in it ever before!!!! I’m 1 inch away from uninstalling the app and deleting it forever, unless you get them back for me. We store important stuff in this app. And not being able to see them after the updates?? What is the app made of really? Just a facade to show security and convenience and not having ANY OF IT?!!

I used this app without a problem one for five+ years. It was great. Now, after being forced to create an account, it appears I have lost every single file I had entrusted this app to protect. All folders empty. Why?
& yeah, I could have had a
backup of those files, but backing up files I have stored in a masked & locked app kinda defeats the entire purpose of using this type of app in the first place.
