Terrible customer service.
Very disappointing experience with Best Bit.
My first order arrived with damaged and unusable products. I contacted customer support multiple times, but no one ever responded. Because of that, I refused my second order, and instead of resolving the issue, they put my account into a negative balance.
Terrible customer service. I have photos of the damaged products and proof of my attempts to contact them. I would not recommend this company.

Please please please do not waste your time with this app, it is all a lie and scam, i spent so much time until i was able to win few items and the items never came and disappeared from the app and they don't even answer the phone, i was one of the very early users of this app and i have always been let down and decided not to use it ever again but i have given multiple chance before but not anymore.
