Please please please do not waste your time with this app, it is all a lie and scam, i spent so much time until i was able to win few items and the items never came and disappeared from the app and they don't even answer the phone, i was one of the very early users of this app and i have always been let down and decided not to use it ever again but i have given multiple chance before but not anymore.

Scam
They inflate prices of products they are listing so you think uou are getting a good deal, they have ghost users to inflate prices during bids, i noticed them changing entire description and photos of a product that i already bid on, the return and customer service is very bad, if they give you a broken product they wont return or refund it, all of these have happened to me. I hope people don’t waste time on this scammy and greedy company.

Suspicious bidding behavior
Based on my experience, this app feels misleading. It seems like certain bidders keep increasing the price until users pay more, and then suddenly stop once the item reaches a certain value. I cannot verify who these accounts belong to, but the bidding process does not feel transparent or fair. I would not recommend using this app unless the developers provide clear proof that all bids come from legitimate users.

Faulty app and rude delivery driver
Second time to try this, The app still is laggy. Delivery driver rude and expect you to always be home wait for him rather than ask when you are home. Refuses to deliver to apartment. I offered i can pickup the package myself from their storage, customer service didn’t get back to me after three time’s contract over two weeks. Bad experience.

Excellent platform with a smooth and reliable user experience. I would like to suggest a few enhancements that could further improve customer satisfaction and platform flexibility.
First, consider allowing buyers to cancel an auction-winning order when they are unable to complete the purchase for legitimate reasons, without automatically applying penalties or negative account points. The item could then be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted according to the platform’s policies.
Second, introducing a shipment consolidation feature would be highly beneficial. Users could choose to hold items won from multiple auctions for a limited period and combine them into a single shipment, helping reduce shipping costs while still preserving the option for immediate dispatch when preferred.
Thank you to the development team for their continuous efforts. I hope these suggestions can be considered in future update.

أولاً: توفير خيار للمشتري يتيح له إلغاء الطلب بعد انتهاء المزاد في حال تعذر عليه إتمام عملية الشراء لأي سبب، دون فرض عقوبات أو نقاط سلبية بشكل تلقائي. وفي هذه الحالة يمكن منح أولوية الشراء لصاحب العرض التالي أو إعادة طرح القطعة للمزاد وفق سياسة المنصة.
ثانياً: إضافة نظام لتجميع الشحنات، بحيث يتمكن المستخدم من الاحتفاظ بالمشتريات التي فاز بها خلال فترة زمنية محددة ودمجها في شحنة واحدة. هذه الميزة ستمنح العملاء مرونة أكبر وتساعد على تقليل تكاليف الشحن، مع الإبقاء على خيار الشحن الفوري متاحاً لمن يرغب بذلك.
أشكر فريق العمل على جهودهم، وأتمنى دراسة هذه المقترحات لما لها من أثر إيجابي على تجربة المستخدم.

"This app uses predatory UI patterns to force sales. The 'Bid' lacks any confirmation step, making accidental purchases inevitable. Once an accidental bid occurs, users are trapped by a strict no-cancellation policy that threatens account suspension. Furthermore, the logistics information is intentionally vague and contradicts itself between the FAQ and the formal Terms & Conditions, providing no clarity on how or when items are actually delivered.
