The full paid report pulls from official sources including NMVTIS, DMV records, and insurance claims. If your car's report showed different information than what the preview suggested, I want to look into that specific VIN and make sure the data is accurate. Payments are handled securely through Apple's in app purchase system, so we never see or store your card details and Apple manages your payment privacy. The charge and your report should both appear right after the purchase finishes. If nothing has shown up yet, the purchase may not have fully gone through. Creating an account is free but it doesn't include a free report, and it sounds like our signup made that unclear before you got to the price. Hi, I'm sorry we wasted your time, that's a real frustration and I take it seriously. Our preview should have made it clear before you went out to scan that the full report is a $14.99 purchase, not a free check. We're reworking that screen right now so the price shows up front and nobody scans expecting something free. Thank you for pointing this out, it genuinely helps us fix it.
