Terrible Product
The app crashes all the time. Trying to save settings goes into a seemingly endless save loop. Then the app has just rebooted and everything that was set/saved was gone. Displays an error and never recovers. Don’t waste your time.
Completely Unusable since update 3 months ago
This app used to work fine, then after the last update it sends weird errors and has become unusable.
Terrible update
Doesn’t work at all. Update didn’t allow me to import my YEARS of data and I had to start all over. Then when I attempted to select the option of backing up my data, it just spun and spun. Now, I only make it to the title page and can’t log anything
Don’t do it
Don’t download this app. It’ll only frustrate you. It jams once you click “save”. It will get stuck on the “ thinking “ , spinning wheel and stay there.
Waste of an app
Horrible app. Not user friendly at all. Unable to even get in the app, continues to give error messages. Have deleted now trying to re-install & it will not let me. Absolute waste of an app when it is suppose to help those with the most despicable of diseases manage their medication. DO BETTER!!!
