Terrible Product
The app crashes all the time. Trying to save settings goes into a seemingly endless save loop. Then the app has just rebooted and everything that was set/saved was gone. Displays an error and never recovers. Don’t waste your time.
Completely Unusable since update 3 months ago
This app used to work fine, then after the last update it sends weird errors and has become unusable.
Terrible update
Doesn’t work at all. Update didn’t allow me to import my YEARS of data and I had to start all over. Then when I attempted to select the option of backing up my data, it just spun and spun. Now, I only make it to the title page and can’t log anything
Don’t do it
Don’t download this app. It’ll only frustrate you. It jams once you click “save”. It will get stuck on the “ thinking “ , spinning wheel and stay there.
Waste of an app
Horrible app. Not user friendly at all. Unable to even get in the app, continues to give error messages. Have deleted now trying to re-install & it will not let me. Absolute waste of an app when it is suppose to help those with the most despicable of diseases manage their medication. DO BETTER!!!
Bring back the old version
This app used to be great! Now it freezes and/or won’t let me record data. So annoying when I had depended on this for years to keep track of my injections.
No sound reminder
This app is going down hill…without a sound reminder what’s the use. :(
Fails
I’m had been keeping track since it first came out, this update lost my data. It crashes the next time you go to use it. Very disappointing.
Latest update has broke the app
The latest update in the last few weeks has made the app unusable. You can no longer manually remove certain shot locations. Even if you remove them in the initial set up, they still show up on the calendar after that. And then, if you try to override those in the calendar, it gives you an error. I literally have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I’m one of those shot locations that I don’t use. Super frustrating. It would be easier to just go back to keeping track on the old printout calendars.

Pathetic app
Makes you scroll through safety info every time you use the app, which is absurd. I’ve seen other reviews complaining about this but it remains a requirement. Now it asks me to restore my data, which fails every time I try. Deleting the app and reinstalling fails to correct the problem so the app is now essentially useless, although in reality it was never that useful to begin with. I’m only giving 1 star because 0 stars isn’t an option.

I am starting to have to delete and reinstall the app every other day. It is constantly crashing. It’s ridiculous. PLEASE FIX!
Unreliable new app
The app upgrade has completely messed up my routine. It is unreliable, errors out continuously. I forgot to log a shot the prior day and it will not let me submit it. If there was another option, I would erase this app in a second.
They broke it
The update has rendered this app unusable. I used the app for years and after the update I can’t customize it or even get my old data.

I’ve been using the app since it came out, the new update erased all my data. Tried to start fresh with last night’s injection and it gives me an error message.

Seriously, you’ve got to scroll through the legal mumbo jumbo every time you inject?!? Too many attorneys! Very insulting and annoying.
BETA track
Pretty poor having to scroll through the legal documentation and disclaimer EVERY TIME you open the app. I’d be willing to bet that anyone that has this app is aware of all that is stated, put the “stuff” after the important tracking info.
Inconvenient
The app needs to be closed after each use in order to sync with the next. It is also very annoying to have to accept all the disclosures every time the app is used.
Doesn’t work as well as the other app
This app doesn’t sync with my betaject, I have to manually record my injections, half the time it shows no injections recorded, and the safety info at the beginning every time is annoying.
