Customer support is worst I’ve ever experienced
I’ve used a lot of betting apps and this is by far the worst interaction with a support team I’ve had. They just don’t respond or it takes forever, even when you use the email contact for “urgent” matters.
Stay away
If you win even a few dollars they will lock you out of your account
Avoid
As per most of the 1 star reviews, avoid this bookie, they make things difficult, turnover requirements don’t make sense and their T&C are vague when explaining these requirements, so they can make up whatever they want to justify why you haven’t reached the requirement yet to withdraw your funds.

I had received a deposit match, deposited and placed 1 bet (lost) and all promotions gone
On top of that bonus bet expired after 2 days I know it says that in t&c but nothing on the app
