Customer support is worst I’ve ever experienced
I’ve used a lot of betting apps and this is by far the worst interaction with a support team I’ve had. They just don’t respond or it takes forever, even when you use the email contact for “urgent” matters.

If you win even a few dollars they will lock you out of your account

As per most of the 1 star reviews, avoid this bookie, they make things difficult, turnover requirements don’t make sense and their T&C are vague when explaining these requirements, so they can make up whatever they want to justify why you haven’t reached the requirement yet to withdraw your funds.

So on a few occasions, they sent me a deposit match and I kep winning and withdrawing, until the most recent occasion, when they rejected my withdrawal, have disabled every promo and even after having already turned the money over as in their T&C’s, I still can’t withdraw

Terrible app and customer service
The title says it all, probably the worst betting app I have come across. Very limited sports markets, extremely restrictive turnover requirements, app is slow, and customer service/online chat is pretty useless. Couldn’t wait to get my funds out. Avoid

They are literally offering people inducements on instagram by offering people deposit bonuses if they sign up. Idk how they are getting away with it lmao. Definitely reckon I’ll follow up on it because I know a couple people in the industry, but as far as the actual bookie it is definitely very below par. All the one star reviews are true. All the 5 star ones are fake reviews, where people are bribed by deposit matches or bonus bets.
