Appalling CS and payments
All well and good til you have a problem with payments or anything requiring customer service then you realise the disdain they have for customers.
Literally took hundreds pounds from my bank account and failed to credit it to betfair account then refused to help resolve it in any meaningful way. When I went through bank to try and trace it they responded by suspending account.
Still unresolved on the payment. Even more money locked on account. Still being told “tough luck” by betfair.

Keeps crashing
Good site but very bad app always having to re install app due to it freezing? Done this for years could do with a revamp

AN ABSOLUTE GARBAGE APP
Freezes every week, usually on a Sunday, so it has to be deleted and reloaded. It’s not good enough. INVEST MONEY INTO YOUR COMPANY FLUTTER INSTEAD OF TAKING BIG DIVIDENDS

A company with the resources of Flutter needs to invest in their App because it’s still absolute rubbish. Too many glitches to list. SORT IT OUT!!!! Smarkets it’s miles better
