Fine when it works
It’s a good app when it works. But Face ID on my iPhone just sends it into a spin and always need to delete and reinstall the app. So annoying.

Why the hell does the Open Bets page not display the colours of the horses that you are backing, preferably at a decent scale? And why does clicking on the open bets tab cancel the video of the race in progress?
Why does it display the widest available odds when they are only available momentarily for 2 quid in a highly liquid market? Display the widest odds available with decent depth and then surprise us with slightly better odds when we choose to bet on the displayed odds. This would avoid so many unmatched bets and the user having to edit a bet.
FaceID refuses to work reliably on this app, while working everywhere else.

Seems good but won’t send my money because I haven’t verified my number but it won’t let me. If you can help me fix this issue then it’ll be 5 stars otherwise I have to keep it at 3

I’m just your average occasional better for ‘fun’. But the menu set up and various areas seem over complicated. Finding bonuses, and using them isn’t obvious. The general interface just makes it not an app I want to use due to frustration,

Good but could be better
Generally a nice to use site. But with Lays it’s very frustrating to find Make Offer the only option.
Also it’s a fiddle to find details of bet results quickly.

Live racing won’t load
Used to be fine but these last couple of weeks the live horse racing videos just don’t load, all other betting sites and exchanges work fine…..anything you can do or look at would be appreciated.

Try contacting Betfair by phone . Impossible. I got a message from a girl with an Asian name . Chat on the internet is the only way they will talk . I can speak a lot quicker than I can talk . I’ve been a customer for 20 years but I don’t think I will be for much longer .
