Always goes offline
Always having trouble connecting to site. Well it’s usually after I buy into a game and I’m waiting to play then there is a problem connecting but hey the message says they are sorry so never mind the table fees I have lost. Totally pathetic
Don’t Bother
Their poker software does not generate random outcomes. As is the case with all iPoker (Playtech Ltd) sites the algorithm will favour the chip leader. I’ve played a number of tournaments recently where in the later stages the stack leader - who has a considerably weaker hand (82 off for example) - is going all-in and consistently eliminating players who have a far stronger pre-flop hand (AK suited for example). I saw this happen on 4 consecutive hands when the player with the smaller stack had committed. No matter how strong their hand they would lose on the river card, sometimes to a highly improbable straight or flush. I understand that bad beats happen but it’s the sheer frequency of these outcomes that make iPoker sites unplayable.

Login loading
For years the app still has a login problem, takes 2 or 3 times to log in. After 5 years I’m surprised it still hasn’t been resolved. If not done within a month gonna return to pokerstars. I like the Bet fair exchange so it was convenient to use the poker site, but taking 5 mins to log in is not on.

Makes withdrawing impossible
App is decent but when comes to withdrawing or transferring money it suddenly “experiences technical difficulties”. Clearly just trying to get customers to keep money in account to re gamble.

Constantly getting logged out with the message “You were forced to logout.”
By the time you’ve logged back in the game is either finished or your chips are well down. I’ve lost countless games and money in the past because of this. I’d avoid this app and seek an alternative for poker.
It happens when using Paddy Power App too which is the same software. It’s been happening for a long time. Only just remembered why I stopped using this app for poker a while back when redownloading this week to play again. In a heads up game I was just booted out 4 times in 10 minutes.

Worst poker app
Never experienced hands like it play over 100 hands could call with about 10 guys raising me with a Q5 and the Q comes in on the flop every time same guy next to me flop two pair J 10 twice in a row against me wouldn’t bother with this one
Not as Slick as others
Worst of four Poker apps I’ve played. No chat, no hand history on table, no throwables, button choices limited and the twister poker is heavily weighted to low jackpots. Still it works if not a bit clunky, perhaps there is not enough players on it too. Other than that it’s OK

I think this app shares the same engineering as bet 365 and paddy power, same lay out, same animations.. ALL TERRIBLE. App kicks you out and forces you to log back in right before major hands. ONLY before major hands and I’ve lost money numerous times because of this with the best hand. Doesn’t have the finger recognition so you’ll be typing to get back in every time. Doesn’t have chat or emojis in poker play like most proper sites, doesn’t have sound either just a beep when you’re taking too long. The live casino is absolutely rigged only gives you 5 seconds to place bets which is sometimes about 3 secs. The roulette wheels are rubicon but somehow the ball will bounce around like crazy one time, then stop dead like a lead ball the next, from the same dealer and spin speed, rigged Malta studios for you. The auto built in games are terrible you may aswell throw your money away. Customer service is poor they sound like they’re in their house with dogs barking in the background etc. Absolute shambles of an app. I’ve tried to have a time out an self exclude from the app but there’s no option so I’ve deleted it from the App Store, no help at all if you have a bad problem and want to block yourself immediately. There’s a little icon for Gamstop which you have to really dig for and even they’re useless. Scam, scam, scam. If you do manage to win and withdraw any money (VERY RARE) you’ll be waiting at least 24hrs for your money, I use the same bank card for a few other sites and it’s back in my account instant but not with BetFair you’ll be waiting. Definitely the developers cheapest package they’ve sold to betfair, all sites try to rob you in some way that’s their job, but this app doesn’t even give you a good experience whilst it’s doing it. Highly recommend to STAY AWAY. Edit: And I’ve noticed that the developers have got bots to bump the star rating up. It was literally a 2.5 star App yesterday but now it’s 4.3? Read every comment they’re 1 star. Don’t trust an app that rigs its ratings! The reviews tell all.

Keeps crashing
This release of the software regularly crashes to the extent the I have to hard reset the phone and log back on.

The way they play , they’ve surely got to be Bots your playing against , not real people. It doesn’t matter what time of the day, you always seem to match up with the same nicknames of people, hmm , very suss..

Cheats & App crash problems
I reported a trio of cheats who were colluding and playing as a team in the most obvious way. Reloading each other, gang-raising and playing so fast as a team that they were clearly in the same room and had practiced their tactics.
Hours later and they are still playing and fleecing unsuspecting players in the double or nothing sit n go. 6 players, 3 in a team. Unfair.
Inept safeguarding practices against cheating and inept customer service.
The app crashes and kicks you out at least once per SnG tournament. You are then instantly sat out and by the time you’ve logged back in you’ve been autofolded in the hand. You don’t even get the 15 seconds thinking time to log back in.

Very let down
As a regular with betfair (no more after this ) I expected better than this ridiculous attempt at a poker app.
Avoid at all costs and go elsewhere.

Rip off
I gave this 2 stars because the skin of the poker game itself looks great and the format is very simple to use, which is very important.
BUT!!!!!
In the space of 30 mins, i saw more predictable bad beats than ive seen in a months worth of playing live poker, you can literally call the cards that are gona come out.
The cards dealt and the flop are designed to cause action every hand, which alone means the the cards arnt random. This isnt close to real life poker nor does it represent the feel or randomness of live poker.

Wow is what will come to mind playing this
I have played a fair few poker sites but the amount of bad beats is ridiculous. I have seen a 9 and a 2 beat poker QQs on the river so many times it’s scary. Also stay away from the blackjack it is a massive fix. As with poker I have never seen an AI get blackjack or 21 so many times. As I said I would stay away and maybe play sky poker or one of those.

Still crap now 2018
I tried to download this app because I’m currently on a FT playing on my iPad. But I have just 5% battery left so was going to download just in case I’m out of power at the critical stage.
Needless to say it won’t even download never mind anything else and that’s despite having a great signal with both WiFi and data on my iPhone. Complete waste of space.....
