Had to file with NJ gaming commission

Unfortunately I had the same experience as most people here. They are refusing to process my first withdraw. They’re not accepting my Internet bill or mortgage statement as a proof of address. They’re not accepting my most recent bank statement as proof of funds.

I had to file with the gaming commission to get them to release my funds. Besides the app being terrible, I’d stay far away from Betinia.

Update: After filing with NJ DGE, they confirmed all of my verification documents were valid and made Betinia verify my account.

Fun

I have no issues with this online gaming site and I’ve played most of them. I use Apple Pay to deposit and withdraw to my debit card. it takes a little longer than other gaming sites, maybe 24 hours.

SCAM WARNING: Think Twice Before Using This Online Casino

One of the worst online casino experiences I’ve ever had.

I won over $3,000, and when I originally opened my account, there was no additional verification requested. My account appeared to be fully verified and I was able to deposit and play without an issue.

However, after I won, my ability to withdraw or deposit money was suddenly blocked due to “verification.” I immediately provided all of the requested information, yet I’ve now spent days waiting and repeatedly chatting with customer service just to access my winnings.

What makes it even more concerning is that while my withdrawal access is restricted, I’m still allowed to continue gambling with the money in my account.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this app. Holding a customer’s winnings while still allowing them to gamble with those same funds is extremely concerning. I’m still waiting for access to the money I legitimately won.

So I wanna update my review it’s actually rather upsetting because this is the only casino that I know of that does not have any payouts on the weekend whatsoever. They do not have people processed or anything! What a disappointment. I have only had this app a few days and I play on several casino apps. I must say this is the most confusing app I have played. I was using my free spins and halfway through my free spins it cut off and started using my money. And I didn’t notice it for some time. Also, it’s hard to find any of your free spins or any of your bonuses. It’s very misleading and very confusing, I have yet to win yet, but I am still hopeful. I will update at another time.

So many reason it’s bad

I deposited $100 so with bonus had $210 to play. As I was playing a pop up with spin bonus so I did. And my money disappeared. I was told because I excepted another bonus (10 spins of .10). Who does that. So I don’t trust them. But they gave me 79 of 100 they took. I hit 2 $8 bonuses on game after all that playing $2 and $3 per hit. And on top of that 5 of games I tried to play won’t load. Error massage. I I close acct and deleted.

Unable to withdraw my winnings

So frustrating the feeling that to deposit there was not a single issue but when I finally get to win something I’m unable to withdraw the money. I contacted the customer service team and for nothing because I’m still waiting for an “email”. I’ve played several casino games and they give you your money instantly, this is the only casino I have ever encountered an issue with. No help at all and my money still there.

Please listen to EVERY BAD REVIEW!! I didn’t 😒

First off they always say go with your gut but I still downloaded the app anyways trying to give it the benefit of the doubt and long and behold my gut was right! I downloaded the app put the deposit to receive my bonus and nothing no 110% match no free spins NOTHING!! So I’m like ok maybe it just needs time to update still nothing! Now I think maybe I gotta play a game real quick and it will activate my bonus nope guess what? Nothing so I said you know what I’m gonna withdraw my earning and contact support. Customer service did answer quickly but this is what I was told the next time I sign up and don’t receive my bonus to contact them immediately 🤔 excuse me next time yea there won’t be one and why should I have to contact them when it was very EASY TO TAKE MY MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT! SCAMMERS, Excessive cash out wait time and unnecessary restrictions

I downloaded this casino app because I like others like draft kings and golden nugget. Those apps I’ve never had an issue with cashing out my winnings or receiving and bonuses or rewards. Betina has so many issues that will make a casino player weary. First you have to play through the bonuses and rewards through a ridiculous wagering amount. You can’t play more than one bonus if you’ve won money from the previous bonus and want to activate a new bonus you have to cancel out the winnings from the previous bonus. So if you win $100 from the previous bonus you have to forfeit it and then start the new bonus. Next I cashed out $315 after winning using a bonus and was hit with tons of pop ups of me having to acknowledge responsible game play which I know got a fact I didn’t hit $2,500 wagering by NJ State law to have to watch those, trust me. Next I wake up to a email from an Adam in a suit stating after further review from the team it has been determined I will no longer receive rewards and bonuses due to suspicious activity. What suspicious activity? I haven’t broken and rules, laws or regulations, Now I have to wait 72hrs for my withdrawal whether you use a debit card or checking account it’s 72hrs and their favorite line it’s up to management and site discretions. It’s not worth the time to download. Wagering at 150x is crazy hell even 40x but I’ll be updating if it took the whole 72hrs or cleared today smh

But the third withdrawal was $2500 and there’s asking for verification send pictures of my ID send pictures of my bank statement. I even sent pictures of the card that I use to and the date of the deposit showing the transaction details they still asking for ridiculous information and I still haven’t got my money

Absolutely horrible app so many bs ways to rob you out of money like the promo glitch where they don’t actually give you a promotion then the endless obstacles you have to go through just to withdraw the money and then it’s not even an instant withdrawal currently my account it’s blocked by administration for some strange reason plus they want you to upload your bank statement from the last month

Pretty sure a SCAM

I deposited 40 dollars and I did the betting requirements to be able to withdrawal the amount and after countless efforts to reaching out to customer service I seem to get absolutely nowhere. I have 350 ready to be able to withdrawal and for some reason they wont verify any of my documents and they also blocked my ability to even bet I’ll update this if I get my money but at this point I have no hope. NOT HAPPY.

Scam!!!

This casino is going to get sued! They will not pay you anything you win. They ask for a ridiculous amount of documentation then they won’t accept it. Any good reviews on here are reviews from employees pretending to be patrons. Please stay far away!!! You will cause yourself stress and aggravation trying to get a payout that will never come. 100 different people will email you asking for documents, it’s never the same one. When you call they try and assure you everything is good then bam!!! They reject everything again. Scam! Scam! Scam! Reported them and called the local news station. Can’t wait to see them all get canned and don’t reply with contact support blahhh blahhh blahhh we all know you don’t do anything to help.

This app is a scam. You have no problem depositing money but as soon as you try to withdraw you have to submit photo id, your last 30 day bank statements as well as prof of address so you can withdraw your money. Iv submitted these documents multiple times and it says under review followed by submit these documents again without explaining what went wrong. No other app asks for this! It’s a joke. All their promotions have a 30-40x wagering requirement. Idk how this app is still on the App Store. Won’t be surprised if someone files a law suit on them. Save your money and use a different app!

This has to be the worst casino I’ve ever seen everything that you bet is going against casino bonus you can’t win anything after 100 spins I won $.20. It’s just crazy. I spent $60.
