I’ve been having issues with the new Game of Thrones, it is stuck after a bonus. I can’t play past it. I’ve tried getting through with chat but no one is available to help. Quite frustrating and certainly not worth the hassle

Can’t access the app
I lost access to the app (can’t log in) as well as Borgata 2 weeks ago. When I contacted them they advised that it was a known issue and they were working on it. I never received any updates until I contacted them again via email 2 days ago. I received a reply that they were still working on the issue and please be patient. If they can’t fix it by now in this day and age there’s a problem. Poor follow up and resolution. I deleted the app and I’ll move on. They lost a customer.

Deposited 500+ in total the app did not match any dollar nor give any bonus play. Played mainly the same game for my money and only won one bonus round that paid $17…disappointed to say the least. Questionable member
With the amount of points built and deposits played in this app, I do not receive no where near good faith endeavors. From not receiving any type of answer on why I have been stuck staying as a platinum member regardless the gap in my performance vs. some noir members. Additionally, I have not received no initial free-play in months. I believe the last time I received anything, I was close to 500k in tier credits. Today, I’m over 1.8 million tier credits… with a (M), not sure what is going on because last year I can recall being gifted a-lot more with incentives. It’s to the point now, my online host miraculously has disappeared from my account profile. I’m becoming concerned and wondering if I’m missing something and wasn’t aware.
