Pretty goodbut can’t get etransfer to work. I have to wait til emails a reminder that it wasn’t completed as finish it that way. That is a pain.

Real money what a joke they don’t payout anything big!
I was playing their casino game. I was in a bonus round the bonus round filled the board which hits the mega jackpot. The game froze and when i returned to the game the system did not do the same outcome as before it froze and i had to close app and restart as it was locked up on the filled board not completing the full cycle of awarding the win. I took screenshots of the game finalized screen before i left the frozen screen. They did not investigate properly and now even though once i got off support i finalized the $75 win screen and went back to the screen where i could spin again but chose not to play until this was figured out. Now i go back to check and my app is stuck bringing up that $75 win screen every time i got back into that game. This should have been a mega jackpot win and it is still in an error state. MGM is doing NOTHING about it and now is in the AGCO hands. Don’t expect a big payout from MGM. They have it set so your screen will freeze and then when you go back in it will finish the round entirely different. This happened 18 days ago and now waiting up to 5 weeks for the AGCO to investigate what i have I refutable evidence that the game hit the jackpot. Things that unless you actually got the mega jackpot you wouldn’t know. I’ve played MGM for years but this has made me totally refuse to play on MGM again. VIP player means nothing. Don’t waste your time. Find somewhere else to play.

I’ve contacted the customer service the past 3 days. They can’t figure out the issue, keep telling me they will email me in 24 hours. I have yet to hear from them. I can’t use my points either. Positive note is payout is fast:)
