You sign up with a promotion bonus and then they don’t even give you the bonus, had to contact customer support literally every single day to get my bonus spins, and even after you win it’s usually like a 10x play through so you’re winning $15 in bonus credits just to wager $150 to receive your $15 bonus credits, most stupid and greedy rule from betmgm just to take all your money, casino is the worst would not recommend this app to ANYONE

STOP REMOVING BAD REVIEWS
Literally the 5th time I’m writing this review. The app will continuously glitch; and any bonus you have hit right before will disappear. Hit 5 bonuses last time I played, and each time it registered the win at $0. The customer service is literally the worst I’ve experienced anywhere and that’s saying a lot. Take your money and burn it in a barrel behind a dumpster, it’s a more efferent way than betting on here and having customer service deny all of your wins because thier bad ap wnt work.

Horrible first impression
Signed up and deposited money, got error message on very first slot spin, kicked me out, tried again, same thing. Reached out to customer support for help, they put my account on hold, now I can’t play or access my money. Asked for a refund, customer service wouldn’t answer me and just kept copy and pasting same replies. First experience and impression with BetMGM absolutely horrible and turned me off completely. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Be careful depositing
deposited money and it got converted into a bonus instantly then you won’t be able to withdraw it until you complete some type of unreasonable bonus requirement. And if you try to drop the bonus requirement all of your funds will be erased. Be careful.
