MGM Do not adhere to UKGC fairness guidelibes
On recent update the cancelled bets and refunded them without reference to the pundits due to a “app upgrade”. App upgrades are nothing to do with bets under UKGC guidelines.
Voiding valid, accepted consumer bets simply to accommodate tgeir own operational platform migration sets a poor precedent for consumer protection and contract integrity in the UK betting industry.
Update to developer reply Its nice that they SAY in there reply HERE that they take “UKGC compliance” very seriously. However response I got from the customer service complaint I submitted clearly indicate that they don’t otherwise ot would not have contained the phrase “new Sportsbook platform has been updated. As part of this launch, a small selection of open bets have had their stakes refunded” without reference to or contact with the client this is strictly against UKGC fairness guidelines
They accepted the bets. several months perviously and at time of their choosing elected to cancel them without reference to clients, how on earth does betMGM consider that one sided action a balanced response to UKGC fairness rules?

Now I know I’ll eventually be in the negative, but I read a lot of reviews of people saying they felt like they had a better chance of winning more frequently, and this seems to be the case. I deposit on other sites and I don’t even get the hint of a bonus on any game, on MGM I bounce around getting bonuses left, right and center, i expect to lose in the long run, I just want some fun along the way.

Wow, what an update
Talk to me a week again about betmgm, and I wasn’t a massive fan… had so much promise when I downloaded it initially, but something wasn’t quite right with the user interface for me, BUT… SINCE THE UPDATE, almost didn’t recognise it… in a good way, so so good now, it’s an app I wanna be using now… whether I wager daily is another matter, but this app is likely to be opened daily now I reckon… just lacks the super boosts that ‘all’ my other apps do, when MGM do a super boost, it’s for a fiver… bit pointless, that’s what makes me give them a 4/5 and hold back on giving them full marks!

Good platform. But I recommеnd installing best online сasino «Fruit Fridge»app. it’s a great оnline casino with lots of slots and a big bonus on your first dеposit! In just 1.5 mоnths, I won and withdrеw ovеr £7654. The design and variety of games in this casino MGM are actually quite good, but technical stability is a serious problem. Several times the app froze during spins and I had to restart it. Losing connection during a game makes the whole platform feel unreliable and stressful.

Everything is good and I’m really satisfied with BetMGM but sometimes while wishing to put small bet on minimum deposit is £10 which is not ideal.

Absolutely awful the support chat is even worse! This app allows you to deposit and wager money but won’t let you withdraw. I had waged some money and won and due to me changing my bank with btw I had previously deposited on they wouldn’t allow me to withdraw claiming that I am not the owner of my card or my previous card which I had closed down. I raised this multiple times with chat support over 4 days and they consistently say you will get an email with an update etc well days have passed and no email updates so not only do they take your money but won’t let you withdraw what you won out!! Btw I had sent proof from my previous bank stating that the previous card was closed down that put my account straight under review for “fraudulent activity “ what a joke DO NOT GET

So many reviews complaining about unfair payout yet the only response is “fair random generator “ app is a con. I have screen recording with over £1000 spent with a feature bonus paying less than £5 on £1/£2 spins. Stay away unless you want to throw your money in the bin
