This App is bugged.

I first tried creating an account which took almost 1 hour because the darn thing kept telling me “data is missing”. Then I finally was able to create an account but my happiness was cut short, because now I only can send a maximum of $2. I don’t understand you guys angel but I do understand crap when I download it. Please recreate this whole app from scratch.
