This app is very misleading, and if you place money into the app and win you won’t even see your winning for months on end until you’ve forgotten you’ve even won money. This apps verification process is terrible. No one to offer assistance or no chat. Definitely wouldn’t recommend
Total scam do not deposit
The Sportsbook is a complete scam. Stay away. If you win, they will slow pay and try to say your deposits are not valid. There is no customer support number and the helpdesk is located overseas.
Bad
There’s honestly no way this book is generating and revenue and it would be wise to exit this market. The app logs me out randomly and there is no instant bank transfer, that is embarrassing!!!
Legit worst buggy betting app
Award for least user friendly and most buggy app out there. Constantly having to relogin is super annoying and needing to check location has got to be fixed. Save yourself time, and go elsewhere
Terrible app.
First off the bonuses are set up to come one a week after your first winning bet taking a month to receive all of your free bets. They don’t tell you this upfront I had to dig to find it. Secondly after a winning bet there are always log in issues. After trying to reset account they say email support. Whole app seems to be a scam. Stay away! I prefer Draft kings personally but anyone is better than this!

Horrible stability
This app has major stability issues. Should not launch acquisition promotions if your app can’t handle simple user flows. App keeps getting to the point where it shows a screen asking me to download the app (when I’m already on the app!) awesome experience. Have to force close and re-enter to fix the issue. Buggy, laggy, overall terrible Sportsbook experience. Going to use my bonus bets and delete.

Took over a month for them to review my photo I D
And selfie, I finally got approved. Go to log in and my account is locked go three days of trying to get it unlocked. Finally get it unlocked just for the app to not work and keep saying betPARX is now on App Store download now! ( I’m using the app from App Store ) 😐so long story short don’t waste you time you won’t even be able to use it

Worst Sportsbook Ever
If I had to pick the worst Sportsbook I’ve ever used it would be this one. The interface is horrendously bad, and then they limited me within TWO days. Stay away
Impossible to find and use app. ZeRo Stars!
App is buggy and almost impossible to use. Takes forever to sign up. Stares you will get a bonus $125 in $25 free bets and betting a $10 wager an WINNING. They have no easy way to fund account.
Not great
In a huge and competitive market, I don’t see this book lasting long. Took over a hour to get a winning ticket to post. That’s just not acceptable with all the competition that pays you instantly.

how can an app be this bad..
Nothing to do with parx gambling. This app was made by a 10 year old or something. Literally too many bugs to list. Whoever this dev is, go be an analyst or work at McDonald’s. You should never touch a bit of code again
Can’t deposit money
The app won’t even let me deposit money. I tried card and bank account. Also every page keeps popping up that I need to download the app when I am currently on the app. Don’t waste your time.
It’s not any better than the others
App makes you two step verify each time you login which is a pain. The odds are the same as BetRivers and some others. The promos are good but if you use the promos they will then ban you from them. They are new an probably won’t be around much longer with that business model
Great sports book
I think it has a lot of potential. This app works well. It takes a little longer to figure it's self out if you go off the app but I haven't had no trouble and would say the only complaint I have so far is them verifying my information is taking longer then what I would want to. Ready to get paid . I would put it up against some of the others for sure

Horribly made app
Really not sure who designed this app, but it’s the least user friendly interface I think I’ve seen in my entire life. Confusing and impossible to use quick and efficiently, buttons and colors do not align. I also placed a few bets and I tried to log back in to see them and it will not even let me click the button to type in my information. This is a complete waste of time. Whoever created this app needs to delete it because of how embarrassing it is.

Lines are okay, payouts and deposits work. UI is painfully bad, prepare to have to reset your password frequently and re-install the app frequently.
