Definitely would not use it. They hold on to your money way longer than needed not allowing for withdrawls.
Not all promotions are honored. Certainly not ones that are advantageous to players. I would use Twinspires and Fanduel over this any time. This is a terribly amateurish operation.

They take your money you deposit and no matter what they won’t let you withdraw.
DO NOT USE THIS BOOK
Told me I have to wait 14 days for a deposit to clear so I can have my money lol
