Definitely would not use it. They hold on to your money way longer than needed not allowing for withdrawls.
Not all promotions are honored. Certainly not ones that are advantageous to players. I would use Twinspires and Fanduel over this any time. This is a terribly amateurish operation.

They advertised $10 in bets gets $10 sportsbook bonus bet. I received no such bonus. When I inquired about it, I was immediately hung up on. This app is 100% a scam.
Worst of all Books
Their deposit matches are so overly convoluted with conditions as to functionally be lies. If you deposit with them be prepared to to be able to withdrawal anything for at least two weeks. And their customer service talks to you like you’re an idiot. If you want to bet horses do it in FanDuel or DK. And I’m no noob. I wager about 1k a day across 7 books. Other than the DK reignmakers debacle worst experience I’ve had with a book.

Total scam of an app. Lots of ways to deposit and impossible to withdrawal. Literally have to mail in a form like it’s 1982. Almost easier to just go to the track myself than deal with this. How is a company like Caesar’s allowed to operate in this way? Embarrassing

Used this app for Kentucky derby for the “deposit match” not only did I not recent the the match I won some money and when going to withdrawal its literally impossible. Says can’t withdrawal with electronic transfer because I have made a deposit with it (I did) and only other option is printing a paper form out and faxing it in to request a check (who on earth has a fax machine anymore ) I truly can’t believe Caesar’s put their name on this . The sportsbook is fine this is the worst gambling app of all time

Withdrawal options are horrible and don’t really work. They want you to not be able to withdrawal quickly so you forget about it or bet till you lose it. Mail check option like it’s 2010s. The deposit match promo has a bunch of fine print unlike most sports books that will just match your deposit right away. So many better options than Caesars. Stay far away!!

Unusable app
Second year in a row I have tried to use this to bet on NYRA. Such a disappointment of an app, crashes, doesn’t launch, error message during login. The Caesars Sportsbook app is great. They need to move that dev team over.
Don’t deposit your money in and expect to get it back …. at least within 10 business days.
So I had a account with Caesars Sportsbook sports a while back and just noticed a email with a promotion for their new horse racing app where you deposit 20 and if you use all you get 20 back or whatever… Well, I chose the PayPal option to pay or I just paid with my PayPal debit card… Then I won like 20 bucks and tried to cash it out and was only given two options either enter a bank account which I entered three until one worked then I needed to make a deposit of at least $25 which I did twice plus they charged me a five dollar fee to deposit money… And even after depositing the money with account info I was still told I could not withdraw the $55 now in my account until five business days or more or I could receive a paper check… I feel this is something they should make a little clearer before asking you to deposit money and accepting your money
