My experience has been straight garbage for months now and they do not care at all. They drastically changed everything about my experience. Every single deposit is lost instantly without a single fair return to player or payout or anything but seconds of play. I am a hosted vip anywhere I play and the same exact games are available everywhere. They play just fine literally everywhere but here.
You used to provide something in return for my hard earned money regardless of if I won or not. I am no longer provided anything or any value of any kind whatsoever in any way shape or form.
Like come on why would I or anyone else deposit $500 or $1000 or $10000 if your games are going to prove they will now take me for $5 or $10 instantly without a single return or fair return to player or even a chance of winning.
It is clear the payouts have been capped and restricted if they do come. I am being “throttled” until this stops and you can prove otherwise there is no chance I keep playing here like I once did.
You no longer provide me anything at all but losses and only seconds of play for my deposits regardless of game or type or denomination or how much the deposit is. My experience was drastically changed for no reason, or no reason they will admit to. The same amount of money deposited anywhere else and or before my experience was changed always lasts 10-100+ times longer than it does here now. That is why you are losing players like me. Scam Horrible
It doesn’t matter how much money you load on this app they will not allow you to win and when you chat with the app there customer service is horrible they don’t treat there players right if I could give no stars I definitely would not worth no stars let people win sometimes
