Horrible customer service
I love playing here but if you ever have an issue don’t expect good customer service. I’m an elite diamond member and whenever I have to reach out to them, you would think that I would get good customer service, but they always say they have to get back to me and they never get back to me. If it’s involving a promotion where I have free spins. I lose the free spins and I lose the money if there’s ever an issue with this game that I’m playing. It’s kind of sad and I don’t know why I continue playing on here but I do because I keep hoping that their customer service will improve.

Decent casino/awful distributing promotions
Could use a better layout. What I don’t like is how they take 3-5 days to load winnings from a promotion. Whenever another casino has a leaderboard promotion or something like a reward credit multiplier, your winnings are either loaded immediately after winning, or following day. With horseshoe, you never know. Rarely is it the following day, usually 3-5 days after promotion ends, you truly never know when. Why do you guys take days to load these and it’s not even consistent. For example, I opted into a reward credit multiplier day on Friday. Ended Friday midnight and another leaderboard contest ended midnight two nights ago on Sunday. It’s Tuesday evening already. Sometimes they land in your account Monday, sometimes Tuesday, last week wasn’t until Friday. Do better with this. No other online casino makes you wait multiple days just to add winnings. It should automatically load immediately after it ends.

My experience has been straight garbage for months now and they do not care at all. They drastically changed everything about my experience. Every single deposit is lost instantly without a single fair return to player or payout or anything but seconds of play. Misleading promo offer
When I signed up I signed up off an instagram add saying you will receive 500 bonus spins little did I know that you have to input a code upon registration. Deceptive Bonus Offers
They don’t advertise you must make a 250.00 wager to get a measly 10.00 bonus play after you make a deposit. They then take the money you deposited even if you didn’t play it because they tied your deposit with the offer. In other words, it’s a scam called a bait and switch. No other casino does that period.
