Too many spins for wins
I constantly play white hat games and the most recent run was $125 (5 deposits at $25). Most I won on a .75 spin was $12 which is good but needed to spin 30+ times to hit. By the time you hit you’ve already sunk $30 + into the game. The site has variety but some of the game creators have their chance of win percentage too low. I don’t expect to win every time but whoa I just got raked over the coals. In my opinion the games are not random. I’ve hit a nice jackpot and then spent all of the winnings just to hit a win

I played a lot of 4 card poker and it’s always the same thing. The player constantly gets three card straights and three cards flushes while the dealers extra card is always showing you the exact card you need. And anytime you do get a hand the dealer has a better one. The dealer makes an aces up bonus almost every other hand while the player is lucky if they get one every ten hands. Atrocious withdrawal process
The only good thing about this app is that you can ban yourself from it. I suggest everyone do that immediately before you even deposit. Let’s start with how they claim they want to protect you from fraud and want the protection of other players when you withdraw. The hoops and amount of documents you need to provide is absurd to get your winnings. On the contrary they don’t ask for that when you deposit huh funny. The withdrawal need to go through approval and stays pending until you provide bank statements the deposit method you used and your ID. They have two of those methods already on file, so why provide again? Once approved it may take 5 business days. I would strongly recommend never using this scam of a site.

The game selection is pretty good and I had a win and withdraw process seems pretty easy and quick. However; they do not match your deposit if you have any kind of win. And the daily bonus spins they give are only for five to twenty cents on their chosen game so you are not going to have any kind of substantial or even mediocre win. BEWARE they "verify" your account when you sign up but not really. I won a rather large sum and I go to withdraw it and they need 1. A picture of my debit card 2. A screenshot of my checking account statement 3. A selfie with my license in it. If you don't comply they will suspend your account and withhold your money until you comply. SLOW SPORTS
This app never used to take long to load the sports section. There is a terrible lag once you click on sports at the bottom of the app. There is a white line that constantly scrolls through the page as if it’s thinking about loading. It takes wayyyyy tooooo long to load. Please fix this issue. It should just come up immediately once you click on sports. Everything else at the bottom loads up immediately when clicked.

I'm sure a lot of the people on in these reviews are just upset that they lost money because they don't know how to gamble. I signed up today and got my welcome offer of 500 spins and 100% loss back. Ended up not needing the 100% loss back unlike most casinos. I was hitting even more than usual on ultimate Texas holdem. I withdrew money 4 times in my one session (all double up profit so I could keep playing with the money I put in). Now while you're only able to withdraw 4 times in 24 hours, the withdraws went back to the card I deposited with and it was literally instant all 4 times. On top of that they have a great selection of table games and slots. This is all coming from somebody who's never written a review before now. Just felt the need after seeing all the bad reviews that turned me off from this app for months now.
